Tea-tree oil and Olive oil
Teatree oil is excellent for cracked heels because it helps soothe and relieve painful and irritated skin. While olive oil is rich in vitamins and antioxidants and helps improve skin moisturization.
Soak your warm feet in warm wate. After soaking your feet , thoroughly mix olive oil and tee tree oil. Massage your feet with this combination and after a few days the cracks will start to gradually dissolve.
Epsom salt and warm water
Using Epsom salt helps in exfoliating dead skin and softens rough and dry skin.
Pour water into a large bowl or bucket and add half a cup of Epsom salt. Soak your feet in the mixture for about 20 minutes. Dry your feet and moisturize them and wear socks overnight.
Use a Pumice stone and coconut oil
Soak your feet in warm water and use a natural pumice stone to get rid of dead skin cells. Rub the feet with coconut oil to keep them moisturized.
Banana and Avocado Paste
Bananas are rich in vitamin A and potassium with a creamy texture that acts a moisturizer making dry skin soft. Additionally, avocado repairs dry skin with the help of vitamins.
Blend a ripe banana and half of an avocado, apply the paste onto the cracked heels. Then after 15 minutes , wash it off and don’t forget to moisturize your feet.

- Do not leave your heels dry, apply foot cream or light oil before going to bed.
- Stay dehydrated at all times.
- Wear socks when going to bed to prevent dryness.
- Avoid harsh soaps or scented skin care products.
- Wear closed-heeled shoes.
- Soak and exfoliate your feet regularly.
